Quan Pho’ Thin:

This has been the first ever Pho’ I tried, I was kind of scared to try that but my husband is different from me, he’s always ready to try new stuff. With the name of God, I gave it a try and thanks to Almighty it wasn’t that bad.

Com & Pho 12:

It was near to the very famous restaurant, it’s a small place and food was okay. We ordered Beef Fried Noodles with Peanuts and Fried Spring Rolls. The Beef Fried noodles wasn’t like the Pho’ mean it was without the broth. I ordered Fried spring rolls, they were fine in taste and as good as I expected, Because I heard that Vietnamese spring rolls are a must try, maybe the fresh vegetable ones would be good in taste.

Chả Cá Thăng Long:

Cha’ Ca’ Thang Long is surely the must try of Hanoi, because you won’t find it anywhere else in the whole Vietnam (And trust me you will regret that if you don’t try it).

They have only one dish on their menu and they are best in it. It’s basically a fish dish with lots of green vegetables and lots of side eateries. As you can see in the video, they have a small stove at the table with the main dish, the side eateries include  red chilies, peanuts, rice noodles, fish sauce, white part of spring onions, and some mixed herbs.

They know it’s your first time, so they will show how to assemble all these things in one small bowl 🙂

Again, I’ll suggest you to try this.
